Until then it's you and your happiness. Ways to disconnect, from those toxic traits in your life: 1. Cut them off without any second thought. 2. Say NO to the help, they asked for, it's not help actually but their brainy mind which works so calculative to get help from you. 3. Finally, what is matters is your mental health.
